This year, four Democrats are seeking the two open nominations to run for seats on the council come November.

Incumbent David Cohen is running for his fourth term on the dais, and another seat is up for grabs following Councilmember Leticia Fraga’s departure.

The top two vote-getters will advance to the November general election, where they'll likely face Republican Antonio Merolli, who is running unopposed for the GOP nomination in this race.

All results are unofficial until certified by the county clerk.
