PRINCETON, NJ — The Princeton Police Department will conduct routine maintenance on its phone system June 18 beginning at 5 a.m., which may result in the non-emergency line being unavailable for approximately 15 minutes, the department announced.
The brief outage is expected to affect only the department's standard phone line. The 911 system will remain fully operational throughout the maintenance window and residents should continue to call 911 in the event of an emergency.
Residents who need to reach Princeton Police via the non-emergency line and are unable to connect to dispatch during that time should call 609-955-6000.
