The annual Friends of the Princeton Public Library benefit begins at 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 14, with a talk by acclaimed New Yorker cartoonist Roz Chast.
Fellow New Yorker cartoonist and longtime Princeton resident Henry Martin will introduce Chast at Nassau Presbyterian Church.
Chast’s talk will be followed by a cocktail reception and live auction in the library starting at 7:15 p.m. A seated dinner will be served at 8:30 p.m.

The benefit, proceeds from which support the library, also celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Friends. Outgoing Director of the Friends Mary Wisnovsky is honorary chairperson.
