The Arts Council of Princeton Presents the 2015 Fall/Winter Jazz and Beyond Concert Series

Jazz and Beyond Series: Jazz vocalist Venissa Santi to perform at the Arts Council of Princeton on Friday, October 16, 2015.

The Arts Council of Princeton (ACP) announces the line-up for the 2015/16 Fall and Winter Robeson Center Performances.

The innovative, diverse performance schedule features the next installment of the beloved Jazz and Beyond Series as well as the Robeson Center Live! series in the ACP’s Solley Theater, one of Mercer County’s best listening rooms.

Performers include Woody Mann, Sarah Donner, Miguel Zenon, and more. In addition, Café Improv continues to serve up local music, poetry, and comedy every fourth Saturday of the month.

Next up in the series is jazz vocalist Venissa Santi. She combines her Afro-Cuban roots with an American upbringing to develop her signature musical style.

With her refreshing sound and modern approach she defies borders, languages by drawing on Afro-Cuban jazz, rhythm and blues and salsa in her vocal performance.

Performance is Friday, Oct. 16, 2015, 8 p.m. Tickets are $12 General Admission/$10 ACP members, students and seniors.

The show is at Paul Robeson Center for the Arts, 102 Witherspoon Street, Princeton NJ 08542.

Parking is available in the Spring and Hulfish Street Garages and at metered spots along Witherspoon Street and Paul Robeson Place.
