Arts Council of Princeton Presents Tony Vacca's World Rhythms at Princeton Shopping Center

As part of the 2015 Summer Courtyard Concert Series, ACP presents Tony Vacca's World Rhythms Thursday, July 16 at 6 p.m.

As part of the 2015 Summer Courtyard Concert Series, the Arts Council of Princeton, in partnership with the Princeton Shopping Center and Edens, presents Tony Vacca’s World Rhythms on Thursday, July 16, at 6 p.m.

Tony Vacca is an innovative American percussionist with jazz and world music roots, blending rhythm, word, and native instruments to create his signature performance.

Pushing the already adventurous conventions of world music into new territory, the World Rhythm Ensemble uses giant West African balafons, over twenty incredible Paiste gongs, djembe, djun-djun, talking drums and an outrageous percussion drum-set. Rediscover the power of the drum, and the power of music to build global common ground.
