Bar, Bistro Coming to Former Dinky Station in Princeton
The bar is scheduled to open in the spring, and the bistro is set to open in the spring of 2017.

Fenwick Hospitality Group and Princeton University are partnering to bring a bar and bistro to the former Dinky Station on University Place, Planet Princeton reports.
The project is part of the University’s Arts and Transit project. The bar and bistro will open in the former north and south station buildings, respectively, according to the report.
The transit portion of the project includes the new train station, a Wawa and commuter parking. The Lewis Center for the Arts and the University’s Department of Music will move into three buildings currently being built as part of the arts portion of the project, according to the report.

The bar, scheduled to open in the spring, will include 60 seats inside and 30 outside. The bistro, scheduled to open in the spring of 2017, will serve 125 people inside and 50 outside, according to the report.
Fenwick is owned by Jim Nawn, a Princeton resident who owns Agricola, according to the report. Fenwick owns a farming operation that provides organic vegetable, chicken egg and livestock to Agricola, local farmer’s markets and other restaurants.
