Book Bags and School Supplies Needed In Princeton
The Princeton Human Services Department is seeking donors for its 6th Annual Book Bag and School Supplies Drive.

The Princeton Human Services Department is seeking donors for its 6th Annual Book Bag and School Supplies Drive. The drive benefits Princeton children who are low-income and in need of school supplies and new book bags.
“For the past six years, the Princeton Human Services Commission, municipal employees, local businesses, organizations and residents have donated book bags and school supplies that have benefited up to 100 Princeton children. The items are distributed to children from low-income families who attend the Princeton Public Schools and are entering kindergarten through sixth grade,” the organization announced in a press release.
Donations can be dropped off at the Princeton Human Services office on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The office is located in the former borough hall at One Monument Drive.

The deadline for donations is August 14.
Items that can be donated include book bags, notebooks, binders, folders, loose leaf paper, pencils, pens, crayons, markers, scissors, glue sticks, and other school supplies.
