Burn Boot Camp Princeton Offers Free Virtual Workouts
Burn Boot Camp Princeton is offering virtual workouts to anyone in the community amid the new coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
PRINCETON, NJ — Burn Boot Camp Princeton is offering virtual workouts to the community "during this difficult time for people" amid the new coronavirus outbreak.
"Trying to keep people moving and avoid too much couch sitting during this difficult times. It'll also help people's immune systems to stay exercising a few times per week!" said Sara Baran Burn Boot Camp Princeton franchise partner.
The virtual workouts are broadcasted live from their Facebook page at facebook.com/burnbootcampprincetonnj for everyone on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9 a.m.

The workouts will be all body weight workouts and sometimes incorporate some at home items like water bottles and chairs. They will continue to stream live three times per week until the fitness business restriction is lifted and will continue to be free to the community as long as they're following the Facebook page.

All workouts are run like a normal Burn Boot Camp workout, led by a trainer for 45 minutes, and offers modifications for all fitness levels included, Baran said.
"Also we'll be posting positive mindset posts as well as family activities and workouts a few times per week!" Baran said.
Burn Bootcamp Princeton has also extended their free 30 day membership offer to people to utilize as soon as businesses are able to reopen.
