PRINCETON, NJ — Meet Chloe and Lil! They have been chosen as Princeton Patch's Pets Of The Week.

"We have 2 pugs, Chloe and Lil that we got from a breeder at age 2 and a half and 3 and a half years old. They had lived together for their first 2 and a half years. We got our second pug, Lil, exactly one year ago. She was 3 and a half and so excited to be almost the center of attention at her new home in New Jersey.

Although pugs tend to be extremely loyal to one person (me), Lil has learned that she can give and get a super amount of love with my husband, Scott. I snapped the one photo one morning when we were hanging out on the sofa and she just rested her head against Scott’s arm. It was the sweetest, most genuine sign of 'I just want to be close to you.'

She has the sweetest temperament and has brought so much joy to our lives over the past year. She definitely plays second fiddle to Chloe’s 'I was here first' attitude, but in a way that makes her even more special that she’s willing to be so loving to Chloe and us."
