Council Meeting, Zoning Board: Princeton This Week

PRINCETON, NJ — Hello neighbors, welcome to another edition of the Monday manual, where we tell you what's happening in town. It's Valentine's week, and the municipality has a full calendar.

Council Meeting

The Municipal Council will be meeting on Monday, 7 p.m. at the Main Council Chambers. See agenda here.

Galentines Mixology Class

Yankee Doodle Tap Room will host a Galentines Mixology Class on Feb. 12 from 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. An interactive evening led by bartender John Ryan, attendees will learn how to craft three Valentine’s–themed cocktails - Ex-presso Martini, Spice Girls Margarita, and Rose Tattoo. While mixing, enjoy curated food samplings from their Large Group Happy Hour menu, along with charcuterie cones made by Olsson’s Fine Foods.

Valentine’s Day Cheese Tasting & Plate Making for Two

Enjoy a night out at Olsson’s Fine Foods with a brand-new cheese class in celebration of Valentine’s Day. The events will be held on Feb 13 and 14 from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. The class will be led by Olsson’s Certified Cheese Professional and Certified Salumier. Each group of two will make a small cheese and charcuterie board to bring home, while tasting an assortment of cheeses and meats. Each registration is for 2 participants. For details, click here.
