“We faced a lot of permit issues and COVID-19 delays. Customers would stop by and ask us when we were opening. Now we have a date,” Jericho told Patch.
According to the couple, the Princeton-West Windsor location is perfect for the cookie store, as many in the area are already familiar with Crumbl Cookies.

“It’s a rich and diverse community and I’ve seen how they help and support local businesses,” said Jericho, who worked in Princeton for over a decade.

For the couple, it was the “cookie meets tech” concept that really attracted them to Crumbl. The brand has an app through which customers can order cookies for in-store or curbside pick up or delivery through Doordash, UberEats and other platforms.
“Jericho was introduced to Crumbl first and then told me about it. I fell in love with the combo of cookie and tech. The brand is consistent and exciting and the offerings never get old,” Emily said.
Crumbl Cookies is known for rotating its eclectic menu every week, offering customers four to five different specialty flavors. The menu is inspired by popular desserts like cakes, candies, pies and other treats, which are then transformed into unique, high-quality cookies.
