Day of the Dead with Arts Council of Princeton

Celebrate the Day of the Dead this year with free, outdoor workshops in Princeton.

The Day of the Dead is a holiday rich in culture. Originating from Mexico, it encompasses many diverse traditions, including crafting folk art, honoring historical figures, and more. It is celebrated on November 1st and 2nd each year.

Intrigued? The Arts Council of Princeton is hosting free workshops for participants in the area to learn more about this holiday and engage in its traditional customs! It is a perfect opportunity to be immersed in a new culture and appreciate all of its meanings. The event address is: Paul Robeson Center for the Arts 102 Witherspoon Street, Princeton, NJ 08542. It will run from 1-3 pm this October 23, 2021.
