Demolition Of Valley Road School In Princeton Possible: Report
The Board of Education has discussed the possibility internally, the Princeton Packet reports.

PRINCETON, NJ — The Princeton Public School District Board of Education has reportedly discussed the possibility of demolishing at least part of the former Valley Road School building.
School board president Patrick Sullivan said that the Board of Education has discussed whether or not the building meets code regulations and the needs of education over the next century, the Princeton Packet reports. The board will receive recommendations from its architects in the middle of December. The next public meeting is set for Dec. 12.
In 2013, an activist group proposed a partnership with the town council to transform the school into a community center. This week, one of the leaders of that committee told the Packet they were still hoping to save the school.
