Free introductory session for an eight-week fitness program designed to help motivate individuals who want to lose a minimum of 50 pounds, working on cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility in a safe, supportive environment, including fitness assessments, yoga, Pilates, cardio options, strength training and circuit training.
If you register for the full 8 weeks the cost is $159. The classes will be held Mondays and Thursdays through Nov. 3.
