Father, Daughter Arrested on Narcotics Charges in Mercer County: Prosecutor
An investigation targeting Edwin Lewandowski also resulted in charges against her daughter and the seizure of $3,600 in narcotics.
A father and daughter have been charged following an investigation that resulted in the alleged seizure of $3,600 in narcotics, Acting Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri and Hamilton Police Chief James W. Collins said Monday morning.
Edwin Lewandowski, 43, is charged with four counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, one count of possession with the intent to distribute, one count of possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Alexis Lewandowski, 18, is charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both were released pending future court proceedings.
The investigation targeted Edwin Lewandowksi, who was detained without incident when investigators executed a search warrant at his home on Thursday, around 5:40 p.m.

As officers secured the residence, Lewandowski’s daughter, Alexis, came home. She was also detained.
The search allegedly revealed two grams of marijuana, 11 suboxone tablets and packaging material in Edwin’s bedroom.
About 15 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were allegedly found in Alexis’ bedroom, and 18 oxycodone pills were allegedly found throughout the home.
Edwin Lewandowski also allegedly had 90 oxycodone pills, six suboxone tablets, two Vicodin pills and $1,439 on his person. A 2003 Ford Explorer was seized as drug proceeds.
Lt. Mike Novembre, who oversaw the investigation, estimated street value of the seized oxycodone at about $3,240; the approximate value of the Vicodin is $20; the approximate value of the suboxone is $170; and the value of the marijuana is approximately $170.
Officers with the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office, the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office, the New Jersey State Police, and the Hamilton, Lawrence and Trenton police, participated in the search on Thursday.
