William J. Leonardo II was honored with a sealed resolution earlier this week.

Mercer County Freeholder John A. Cimino presented 2016 NJEA Mercer County Teacher of the Year William J. Leonardo II with a sealed resolution honoring his dedication and service to Hamilton Township and Mercer County on Tuesday.

Leonardo teaches fifth grade at Sayen Elementary School, and has served the Hamilton Township school system since 2009, according to a release from the county.

“In his young career Mr. Leonardo has already left a lasting mark on his students, which surely will resonate throughout our community for years to come,” Cimino said. “I commend Mr. Leonardo on this honor and wish him continued success.”
