PRINCETON, NJ — Frutta Bowls is opening in Princeton in late March, according to franchise owner George Kapetanakis. Located at 142 Nassau Street, the grand opening is tentatively set for March 24. A soft opening is tentatively set for March 17.
Frutta Bowls offers smoothies and smoothie, oatmeal and kale bowls. They have a number of locations in New Jersey already. Princeton is among a number of new locations set to open, including three new locations the company is opening up in Middlesex County.
The Princeton franchise will be owned by Kapetanakis and his wife, Haydee. They will have help from their two kids running the business, according to Kapetanakis.
