A New Year Begins For The Greater Princeton Youth Orchestra

The orchestra season begins Sept. 12.

Princeton, NJ -- On Sept. 12, the Greater Princeton Youth Orchestra returns for another exciting season with two new staff members.

David Rabinowitz, the band teacher at Montgomery Middle School takes over as Conductor for Preparatory Wind Ensemble while Susan Meuse, an orchestra teacher at East Brunswick School district, will be the new Recruitment Manager.

Susan joins the Administrative staff team of Mini Krishnan, Executive Director, and Kristyn Kahalehoe, Orchestra Manager.

Kawika Kahalahoe continues as Artistic Director and Conductor of Symphonic Orchestra and Dr. Arvin Gopal as the Conductor for Preparatory String Ensemble and Concert Orchestra.

The Greater Princeton Youth Orchestra will continue to offer regular sectional rehearsals for Senior Division by the Assistant Conductors Mike Brennan and Christopher Beckett. Master classes and coaching will be provided two or three times a year by professional musicians in the area.
