Hurricane Henri & the Upcoming Tropical Storm
Officials warn residents in the Northeast area of the upcoming Hurricane Henri.
As CNN says: "Hurricane Henri is marching toward the Northeast coast ahead of an anticipated Sunday landfall, threatening to bring damaging winds, dangerous storm surge and flooding to an already saturated area." Although it is unlikely this storm will directly hit the Princeton area, residents should remain cautious as the storm has strengthened over the past day and aims to hit the surrounding New York and New England areas. New Jersey will likely get wind and heavy rain as well.
More than "35 million people are under a flood watch across the Northeast," says CNN. Flash flooding as well as urban and small stream flooding are definitely possible outcomes of the storm, and if you are in a well-flooded area, you should leave now.
