Husband, Wife Duo Open Club Pilates In Princeton

PRINCETON, NJ — Flemington husband and wife, Karen and Todd Spidare, are teaming up to open a Club Pilates at Princeton’s MarketFair Mall on Thursday.

The Spidare couple found a passion for Pilates years ago that inspired them to share the practice with their community. They also operate studios in Bridgewater and Flemington.

They will also offer four days of free classes to the public leading up to its official grand opening on Jan. 18 at 3535 Route 1, Suite 420, in Princeton.

The new studio offers high-quality, low-impact workouts that cater to participants of all ages and fitness levels.
