Jenny Crumiller Expected To Be Named Princeton Council President: Report

Princeton's reorganization meeting is Jan. 4, 2017, 5 p.m. at the municipal building.

Princeton, NJ -- Jenny Crumiller is expected to become Council President during Princeton’s reorganization meeting next month, the Princeton Packet reports.

As Council President, she would be first in line to serve as Acting Mayor when Mayor Liz Lempert is out of town, and she will have more access to setting the agendas for council meetings, according to the report.

She was elected to Princeton Borough’s council in 2009, and to the consolidated Princeton’s council in 2012, according to the report.

She has been re-elected twice since then, including in 2013 and this year.

The reorganization meeting is set for Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2017, at the Princeton Municipal Building, Witherspoon Hall, Main Meeting Room, 400 Witherspoon Street, 5 p.m.
