Judge Will Remain the Same in Tax-Exempt Lawsuit Against Princeton University
The school had been trying to get the case moved from Morristown to Trenton, according to the Princeton Packet.

There will be no new judge assigned to a case in which five residents are challenging Princeton University’s tax-exempt status, the Princeton Packet reports.
The University had been seeking to have the case moved from Morristown to Trenton, but Tax Court Judge Vito L. Bianco ruled against the University, saying it would make no sense since he is so familiar with the case, according to the report.
Bianco denied the University’s attempt to have the case thrown out last summer.
