Latest Princeton Nursing Home Coronavirus Cases, Deaths

PRINCETON, NJ — Here are the latest nursing homes and long-term care facilities coronavirus cases and deaths in Princeton and Mercer County as of Monday, May 18.

The state has a dashboard set up that tracks the number of cases statewide, including how many cases and fatalities involve long-term care facilities. The latest in Princeton show 60 cases are spread among the 2 impacted facilities. There have been 13 deaths at these facilities as reported by the New Jersey Department of Health on Monday.

The largest outbreak in Princeton is Princeton Care Center with 47 cases and 7 deaths.

Comparing Princeton to Mercer County, the latest in Mercer County show 1,430 cases are spread among the 23 impacted facilities. There have been 274 deaths at these facilities as reported by the NNJDOH.

The largest outbreak in Mercer County remains at Hamilton Continuing Care in Hamilton. The report shows 138 cases and 33 deaths.

Statewide, 28,136 cases of the coronavirus have been identified at 527 long-term care facilities. There have been 5,408 deaths at these facilities.
