Man Exposes Self, Masturbates At Target In Mercer County: Police
David L. Moore of Trenton reportedly followed women closely from behind while in the store, said police.
WEST WINDSOR, NJ — A man was arrested after he followed women inside Target before exposing himself and masturbating, according to the West Windsor police blotter.
On March 16 at 6:21 p.m., police were called to Target at 500 Nassau Park Blvd. for a man reportedly walking around the store exposing himself.
An officer located David L. Moore of Trenton in the skincare aisle of the store and detained him.

An investigation found that while walking through the store for more than 10 minutes, Moore would follow women closely from behind, and on at least three occasions, exposed himself and masturbated, according to the blotter.
Moore was processed and released pending a future court date.
