A man was found dead at a creek in New Jersey this weekend, according to authorities.

A man was found shot to death at a creek in New Jersey this weekend, according to authorities.
On Saturday, at approximately 2 p.m., Hamilton police officers were dispatched to the corner of Sixth Avenue and Assunpink Boulevard on the report of an unconscious and unresponsive man near the canal, according to the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office.
Responding officers located a man face-down and unresponsive, with his hands tied behind his back and tape around his face. He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the MCPO.

The victim has been identified as Danny Diaz-Delgado, 20, of Trenton. Diaz-Delgado was shot multiple times in the torso, head and leg, according to the MCPO.
