Mercer County 4-H Fair Returns July 30-31

Held at the Howell Living History Farm, the annual fair includes hayrides, animal shows, farm tours and more.

MERCER COUNTY, NJ — The Mercer County 4-H Fair is all set to take place on July 30-31 for the 103rd year.

Held at the Howell Living History Farm, the annual fair includes hayrides, animal shows, music, magic shows, farm tours, a variety of food and drink and more.

There will be displays by the Rutgers Master Gardeners of Mercer County, Mercer County Wildlife Center Friends, Mid-State Beekeepers Association and others. Fun competitions are also on the list, like the Mercer County Invitational Goat Showmanship Showdown, Mercer County Invitational Poultry show and more

4-H is a youth development program by Rutgers Cooperative Extension, that provides research-based, hands-on learning experiences for youth in Mercer County.

Admission and parking are free for all. Fair timings are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. July 30 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 31. Attendees can bring donations of non-perishable food items for Rutgers Against Hunger.
