Mercer County Eateries Voted Favorites By Readers In NJ Monthly

MERCER COUNTY, NJ — How good are Mercer County restaurants, you ask? Well, so good that a number of them feature as readers’ favorite in a recently released poll conducted by NJ Monthly.

NJ Monthly recently released the results of their 38th Annual Jersey Choice Restaurant Poll. This poll showcases readers’ pick for their favorite dining spot.

Eight Mercer County restaurants made the list. As usual, Princeton walked away with the most number of fan-favorite restaurants in the County, but Robbinsville was a close second with three restaurants listed.

The restaurants were ranked by category. Here are the favorites:

• Best New Restaurant: Ku Social, Robbinsville
• Best Breakfast: PJ’s Pancake House, Princeton
• Brew Pub: Triumph, Princeton
• Cheese Steak: Hoagie Haven, Princeton
• Chinese: Kuo Social, Robbinsville
• Deli (Italian Style): Dolce & Clemente’s, Robbinsville
• Seafood: Blue Point Grill, Princeton
• Spanish/Portuguese: Malaga, Hamilton Township

Meanwhile, Surf Taco located in Princeton and other towns in the Garden State was best “Bang for the buck.”

The magazine said polling took place online in February when COVID-19 restrictions were no more in place and restaurants were operating at full capacity indoors and outdoors.
