It’s also a place to bring the kids, where they can enjoy live music, sample juices and pastries from various vendors, and this Saturday, participate in fun activities coordinated by the Historical Society of Princeton.

There will also be vendors at the market selling grass-fed, beef, chicken and pork. Grass-fed livestock is said to produce healthier, lower-fat meat than grain-fed livestock, according to some sources.
“The meat is much leaner and hardly have any fat, and the eggs are much better tasting, and it all has more nutrition,” Robinson said of the locally supplied produce, eggs and meats at the market.
For those who enjoy a fine vintage, there will wine vendor Union Hill Vineyards on hand, and for those who don’t eat meat, there will also be vegan vendors participating in the market.
