NJ's Top Wineries Uncork Spring In Mercer County This Weekend

Wine, music and kids activities highlight this weekend's festival.

WEST WINDSOR, NJ — Spring will be uncorked this weekend. The Uncork Spring Wine Festival will take place at Mercer County Park on Saturday, April 28, and Sunday, April 29, noon to 5 p.m. each day.

Attendees will have the chance to sample some of New Jersey’s best wineries, including:
  • Valenzano Winery;
  • Tomasello Winery;
  • Plagido’s Winery;
  • Sharrott Winery;
  • Chestnut Run Farms; and
  • Wagonhouse Winery, among others.

The selected wineries will bring numerous award-winning wines for sample and for sale. They will also have many of their 2018 offerings.

Not everyone who attends will be able to drink, of course, but the event promises fun for the whole family. For the younger visitors, a Kids Zone will be available with a bounce house, face painting and craft activities. The event will also feature a variety of food trucks. Visitors will be able to purchase meals and desserts throughout the day.
