Nomad Pizza Opens Princeton Location
The newest location opened on Harrison Street Tuesday night.

Princeton, NJ -- Nomad Pizza has come to Princeton.
Nomad opened on Harrison Street on Tuesday night. There are 16 pizza options are listed on the Princeton menu, as well as four salads and other options, using as many homegrown ingredients as possible, according to co-owner Stalin Bedon.
This includes the worldwide debut of Bent Spoon’s self serve ice cream. The meats for the meatballs come from Brick Farm Market. They use Zone 7 to deliver food from local outlets to their pizzeria.

The Princeton location’s size is comparable to its current location on 7th Street in Philadelphia, the biggest of the first three locations, according to Bedon.
Bedon and Tom Grim started the business out of the back of a 1949 REO Speedwagon in 2010, according to the pizzeria’s website. At first, they only catered parties, but ultimately, they opened a pizzeria in Hopewell, followed by two in Philadelphia.

The Princeton location is currently opened 5 p.m.-9 p.m. during the week, and 5 p.m.-10 p.m. on weekends. It is closed on Mondays.
