NYC Smash Burger Chain Opens In Princeton
The fast-growing chain's new Nassau Street location serves made-to-order smash burgers daily.

PRINCETON, NJ — 7th Street Burger, a smash burger chain that got its start in New York City, has opened a location at 124 Nassau St. in downtown Princeton.
The restaurant is open daily from 11 a.m. to midnight, according to the company's website.
The chain serves made-to-order smash burgers using 100 percent fresh beef on Martin's potato buns. Its signature burger is available as a single or double patty topped with American cheese, grilled onions, pickles, and the restaurant's house sauce.

The menu also includes a Spicy Jalapeño Cheeseburger topped with grilled onions, jalapeños, and ghost pepper sauce, along with classic sides like fries.
7th Street Burger has expanded beyond New York City in recent years, with locations now in New Jersey, Washington, D.C., and Boston.
