Palmer Square Holiday Happenings 2018
Events include the annual tree lighting, Holiday Trolley Tours, Breakfast with Santa, Menorah Lighting and more.

PRINCETON, NJ — The holidays are here and Palmer Square in Princeton is getting into the spirit with a number of events scheduled.
Here is a list of the holiday happenings scheduled for 2018:
Annual Tree Lighting
Friday, Nov. 23, 5 p.m.
A 65-foot Norwegian spruce is adorned with more than 32,000 lights and will be lit with the help of Santa Claus. Plus, a traditional celebration featuring music by Swingadelic, Princeton High School Choir and a special performance by the American Repertory Ballet’s Nutcracker and Clara.

Palmer Square’s Photos Studio
Open every Saturday and Sunday, now through Dec. 23.
Family Portrait Sessions are 20 minutes long with holiday offerings such as greeting card prints.
Avoid the lines at the mall and schedule a 10-minute mini session with Santa in advance (Santa arrives at the studio on Nov. 24). Family pets are welcome too. All photos will be taken by Wonder

Strolling Holiday Entertainment

Holiday Trolley Tours by Princeton Tour Company
Saturdays, Nov. 24 through Dec. 22
Hourly tours departing at the top of the hour from 11 a.m. through 4 p.m.; loads and unloads in front of Mediterra (29 Hulfish St.).
Breakfast with Santa at the Nassau Inn
Sunday, Dec. 2, seatings at 9 a.m. and noon
Santa Clause will be visiting the Nassau Inn for breakfast and brunch. Enjoy a delicious meal, one on one time with the big man himself, and a keepsake family photo with Santa. Reservations are required. Visit nassauinn.com/events for more details.
Menorah Lighting
Thursday, Dec. 6 at 5:30 p.m.
Celebrating the 5th Night of Chanukah sponsored by Palmer Square and The Jewish Center Led by Rabbi Adam Feldman and Cantor Jeff Warschauer of The Jewish Center of Princeton.
There will be holiday food and live music – a free event open to the community located in front of Mediterra Restaurant on 29 Hulfish St.
Princeton University A Capella Holiday Jam and Toy Drive
Friday, Dec. 7 from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
Come enjoy the fantastic sounds of student a cappella and performing arts groups. Bring a new unwrapped toy to be donated to a local charity.
