Planning Board To Hear Plans For Brewery At Old Princeton Post Office
The Historic Preservation Committee approved the application with a 6-0 vote, according to Planet Princeton.
PRINCETON, NJ — Triumph Brewery is one step closer to moving into the old post office building in Palmer Square.
The Princeton Historic Preservation Commission approved the application from California-based LCOR Ventures to move the brewery into the old post office building at 20 East Palmer Square, Planet Princeton reports. Triumph Brewery is currently located at 138 Nassau Street.
The Planning Board will hold a public hearing in the municipal building on Thursday night, July 13. Some members of the public are concerned about parking at the brewery, according to the report.

The old post office was built in 1932. It is listed on the state and national registries of historic places. The post office has moved from that site to the former West Coast Video on Nassau Street.
Plans call for the replacement of the former loading docks in the back of the building with a glass entrance. The old lobby would become a dining room.
