Police Ramp Up Speeding, Crosswalk Enforcement In Princeton

The Traffic Safety Bureau, along with the Patrol Bureau, will have directed enforcement on multiple streets in Princeton.

PRINCETON, NJ — Police are ramping up speeding, crosswalk, and stop sign enforcement for June in Princeton.

Police said on Tuesday that the Traffic Safety Bureau, along with the Patrol Bureau, will have directed enforcement on the following streets for June:

  • Hamilton Ave/Linden Ln (speeding, stop sign violations)
  • Snowden Ln/Hamilton Ave (speeding)
  • Rt 206/Lovers Ln (speeding)
  • Princeton-Kingston Rd (speeding)
  • Nassau St/Moore St (crosswalk/ped enforcement)
  • Valley Rd/Jefferson Rd (stop sign violations)

"You will see an increase in police presence in these areas with strict enforcement of motor vehicle laws. Please do your part in making the streets of Princeton safe by following all traffic laws," said police.
