Princeton Police Investigating Threat at Riverside School
The incident involved a pre-recorded message that threatened children Tuesday morning.

Princeton Police continue to investigate the origin of a pre-recorded message that was general in nature and threatened children at the Riverside School on Tuesday morning.
The school received the message at about 10 a.m., and immediately notified the police department, which sent patrols to the school and found it to be safe.
As a precaution, police remained at the school throughout the day. Patrols have been increased in the areas of all the schools in Princeton, police said.

The police department notified all public and private schools in Princeton of the threat, and each school took actions it deemed appropriate, including sheltering the children inside the schools.
