Princeton Bistro Raises $18K To Fight Food Insecurity
Kristine's raised funds for Share My Meals through a special event held recently.

PRINCETON, NJ – Kristine's, a French bistro in Princeton, has raised $18,000 to fight food insecurity in the community.
Through a special event, A Night In Paris, the bistro raised funds for Share My Meals – a nonprofit organization that fights food insecurity in the environmental impact of food waste in the community.
The event at the bistro featured a multi-course dinner with a curated wine pairing.

Meanwhile, Share My Meals is looking for volunteers from Princeton, Montgomery, Lawrenceville, Ewing, Trenton, Bridgewater and Branchburg.
The organization recovers and delivers healthy surplus meals from local restaurants to community members in need. A typical volunteer route takes about an hour and they deliver meals to 6 families.
