Princeton Boys' Soccer Remains Undefeated
The Tigers have only allowed four goals in six games.

There's a simple reason why the Princeton High boys' soccer team has finished the first six games of the season undefeated; the team doesn't allow many goals.
Including the two goals allowed in a 4-2 win over Robbinsville on Sept. 26, Princeton has only been scored upon four times this season.
"Obviously, we're very happy with the defense," Princeton Coach Wayne Sutcliffe said. "To give up only four goals in six games is outstanding."

Ben Davis, Bruce Robertson, Kellen Kenney and Pablo Arroyo are the defensive unit. And if a ball happens to get by, Princeton goalie George Kusserow is the next line of defense.
"That group stays well organized back there," Sutcliffe said. "They are winning the 50-50 balls. As the games go along, they are also developing a more clear understanding on how to react to situations."

In the game against Robbinsville, Princeton offensive players Kevin Halliday, Roberston, Peter Schulman and Nate Shue all scored. Zach Halliday and Aiden Passannante added two assists each.
Princeton won against Hightstown and Trenton in earlier games.
Kusserow made 12 saves to help Princeton with a 2-1 win over Hightstown in overtime on Sept. 20.
Colin Lamb scored the game-winning goal 31 seconds into overtime, sliding into a pass from Zach Halliday. Passannante, assisted by Kevin Halliday, scored Princeton's other goal.
Lamb, assisted by Passanante, scored the lone goal of the match as Princeton came away with a 1-0 win over Trenton on Sept. 22.
Princeton is now 4-0-2, a record that includes a scoreless tie against Princeton Day School on Sept. 17.
"We have been playing a lot of close games," Sutcliffe said. "They get to your nerves a bit, but it helps when you come out on the right side.
"We have found a way to put the results together. That's a credit to every guy on the team. They are getting the job done."
