The festival announced it was offering limited seating for in-person audiences at the four live-streamed events.
PRINCETON, NJ — As the state eased indoor and outdoor gathering restrictions, the Princeton Festival is ready to welcome patrons for an in-person experience this June.
The festival announced it was offering limited seating for in-person audiences at the four live-streamed events. Seating will be limited.
“We are thrilled to be able to bring audiences and artists face to face again,” said Gregory Geehern, the Festival’s Acting Artistic Director.

“Virtual concerts are wonderful, and we will be offering eight of them this season, but there’s nothing like the electricity you get from having a live audience at a performance.”
Each reservation admits two to a socially distanced outdoor space at the historic Morven Museum and Garden in Princeton.

In-person attendance is available at these events:
- June 8 and June 10: Two concerts of Baroque music on the theme of “Sacred and Profane,” performed by a chamber ensemble drawn from the period-instrument Princeton Festival Baroque Orchestra.
- June 13 and June 20: “Opera by Twilight,” two concerts of arias and ensembles, each featuring four singers performing audience favorites from the 18th through the 20th centuries with piano accompaniment.
Concerts begin at 7 p.m. and will be held rain or shine.
