PRINCETON, NJ — Princeton locals can now take a direct bus to Washington DC, Philly, and Baltimore on weekends thanks to a motivated group of Princeton University graduate students and alumni and OurBus.

Rides will start on Friday, Sept. 20 and will run one round-trip ride per day on Fridays and Sundays, with more days and times to be added based on demand. The new pickup spot is at 76 Nassau St. in Princeton, in front of PNC Bank.

OurBus works similarly to Uber where they don't own buses yet contract out to local owners of high-end coach buses.

Students listed a number of reasons for the necessity of the Princeton stop including: some grad students traveling to DC regularly for career-related visits or some DC-based alumni were looking forward to trips back to visit friends or partners.
