Princeton High School Boys Cross Country Team Wins First State Title Since 1986
Three Princeton runners finished in the top 10, according to nj.com.

Princeton, NJ -- For the first time since 1986, the Princeton High School boys cross country team can call itself state champions.
Princeton edged Cherokee, 69-135, to win the NJSIAA State Group 4 championship over the weekend at Holmdel Park, according to nj.com.
Senior Alex Roth finished second in 15 minutes, 47 seconds. Old Bridge’s Ray Rivera finished first.

Princeton junior William Hare finished sixth in 16:09, and sophomore Acasio Pinheiro was 10th, finishing in 16:23.
Princeton will compete in the 45th NJSIAA Meet of Champions on Saturday, Nov. 19, 11 a.m. back at Holmdel Park.
