For the second time this season, the Princeton High School boys soccer team went beyond regulation to defeat Allentown.
Princeton defeated Allentown in penalty kicks over the weekend to win the Mercer County tournament.
Chase Ealy, Cole Snyder and Andrew Goldsmith all successfully completed their penalty shots after the teams ended regulation and went through double overtime knotted at one goal a piece. Allentown failed to convert any of its penalty shots.

The victory gave Princeton its first county title since 2011, and sixth overall, according to mctanj.com.
Earlier this year, Princeton defeated Allentown, 1-0, in double overtime.
Princeton is now 17-2, including a 2-1 win over Hamilton West in the first round of the Central Jersey Group III playoffs on Monday.
Ealy and Alex Ratzan scored in top-seeded Princeton’s win over No. 16 Hamilton West. Princeton faces No. 9 Hopewell Valley in the quarterfinals.
