Princeton High School Football Team Outlasts Ewing, 34-27

The Little Tigers improved to 1-1 this season.

Rory Helstrom scored three touchdowns, including two in the fourth quarter, to lead the Princeton High School football team to a 34-27 win over Ewing Friday night, according to nj.com.

Helstrom scored on runs of 55 yards, 2 and 5 yards for the Little Tigers.

Dave Beamer connected with Alex Solopenkov on a 27-yard touchdown pass, and Princeton scored five points on special teams.

Jakob Green kicked a 34-yard field goal. Noah Ziegler’s tackle of the Ewing quarterback in the end zone gave Princeton another two points.

Princeton improved to 1-1. Ewing fell to 1-1.
