Princeton High School Wrestling Team Downs Lawrence Despite Four Forfeits
The team picked up bonus points in five of its six victories.

Princeton High School wrestler Alec Bobchin has high expectations for his freshman season, and so far he’s meeting those expectations, according to nj.com.
Most recently, the 120-pounder helped the team secure a 43-33 win over Lawrence with a 10-0 major decision victory over Steven Sikora.
Princeton won the match despite four forfeit losses by picking up bonus points in five of its six wins.

James Verbeyst helped Princeton earn bonus points with a pinfall victory over Zack Verga at 145. David Beamer (170) pinned Kris Kertenis; Kyle Angelucci (186) pinned Paul-Anthony Edwards; and Ethan Guerra (220) pinned Derek Lopez. Alex Freda picked up a 5-0 decision over Edwin Gonzalez at 152.
Princeton also won two bouts by forfeit.

As for Bobchin, he is now 7-1, including a championship at the Secaucus tournament and a second-place finish at the Garden State tournament, according to the report.
