Princeton Man Arrested On Child Porn Charges: Police

Princeton police release their activity report.

PRINCETON, NJ — A Princeton man was arrested and charged with distribution of child pornography last week, police announced.

Andrew Rolls, 43, of Princeton, was arrested on charges of distribution of child pornography after Princeton detectives and detectives from Division of Criminal Justice Cyber Crimes Unit served a warrant in the 300 block of Walnut Lane on March 13, the Princeton Police Department announced. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed and subsequently housed at the Mercer County Jail.

The arrest was announced as part of the Princeton Police Department’s activity report on Friday, March 16. All incidents are merely accusations, and those accused are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. The following incidents were also reported:

Two people were arrested for driving while intoxicated (DWI) in Princeton in separate incidents on March 11.

Brett Algaier, 33, of Hopewell, was arrested for DWI following a traffic stop for failure to maintain lane on Cherry Hill Road at about 1:45 a.m. He was taken to police headquarters where he was processed, issued several motor vehicle summonses with a pending court date and released to a sober adult.

Brian Kiley, 25, of Ewing, was arrested for DWI following a traffic stop for driving on a closed road (Paul Robeson Place) during an emergency at 6:57 p.m. He was taken to police headquarters where he was processed, issued several motor vehicle summonses with a pending court date and released to a sober adult.

A victim reported that three unknown people entered Copperwood apartments and damaged the front door handle, urinated on the carpet and left marks on the second and third floor hallway walls.

A victim reported that between 5 p.m. on March 10 and 8:30 a.m. on March 12, unknown actor(s) broke the Weidel Realtors business sign located on the exterior of the south side of 190 Nassau Street. Damage is estimated to be at approximately $200.

Edward Goba, 25, of Somerset, was found to have an active warrant out of New Brunswick Municipal Court for $200 following a traffic stop for driving on a suspended license on John Street on March 14 at 2:35 a.m. Goba was arrested and taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued a summons with a pending court date and released after posting his bail.

Gabriel Livingston, 40, of Trenton, was arrested on an active warrant out of Woodbridge Municipal Court in the amount of $81 following a traffic stop for failure to inspect on State Road on March 13 at 7:03 p.m. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued an motor vehicle summons with a pending court date and released after his bail was posted.
