Princeton Parents, Students Push Back Against Author Critical of Ivy League
A Columbia alum and former Yale professor was recently critical of all Ivy League schools, my9nj.com reports.

A Columbia University alum and former professor at Yale has criticized the Ivy League, and is being met with resistance from parents and students at Princeton, my9nj.com reports.
Bill Deresiewicz wrote an article in The New Republic titled “Don’t Send Your Kids to the Ivy League” making the assertion that Ivy League schools prepare students to succeed in the job market, but don’t offer personal fulfillment.
I think that in terms of getting for your children or for yourself the best possible education and establishing them in circles that will be influential and meaningful and hopeful throughout a life time, you don’t do better than an Ivy League education,” Susan Patton told my9nj.com.
