Princeton's Planning Board To Hear Lanwin Development Application Thursday
The Municipality is expected to host a series of public hearings on the application.
PRINCETON, NJ – The Princeton Planning Board will be hearing the application on Lanwin Development Corp.’s proposed 29-lot subdivision.
Lanwin has filed a preliminary and final major subdivision and site plan application for 725 & 823 Herrontown Road and 915 Mt. Lucas Road.
The applicant is proposing 29 building lots in a cluster development. The remaining will be preserved as open space.
