Princeton Police Release Details In Groping Incident On Mercer Street
The female told police the man grabbed her buttocks and pushed her to the ground before fleeing the scene.

PRINCETON, NJ — Princeton police released some details about an alleged groping incident that took place on Mercer Street Thursday morning.
A female told police she was walking east on the 100 block of Mercer Street at 9:10 a.m. when she heard someone approaching her from behind, the Princeton Police Department said Friday morning.
She said she turned around to see a man who was very close to her. The man then grabbed her buttocks and pushed her to the ground before fleeing in the opposite direction, police said. Police believe he turned south on Springdale Road.

The man is described as an Hispanic man between 30 and 40 years old, standing about 5’5” with a medium skin tone/complexion and short hair that was spiked on top. He was wearing a blue T-shirt with two buttons or dots on the front near the collar. No injuries were reported in the incident.
The police are asking anyone who may have been in the area of Mercer Street and Springdale Road between 9 and 9:30 a.m. to contact Det. Holly Arana at 609-921-2100, ext.1834, if they witnessed this incident or observed any activity that may help this ongoing investigation.
