Princeton Police Investigate Pair of Thefts at Smith's Ace Hardware

Each incident took place on June 19.

Princeton Police investigating a pair of thefts that took place at Smith’s Ace Hardware in the Princeton Shopping Center on June 19.

In the first incident, a man and a woman allegedly stole a coffee maker valued at $24.99 at 12:28 p.m.

The woman is described as white, 30-40 years of age, 5’6”, medium build with long dark hair, tattoos on her right forearm and wearing a black shirt, grey pants, sandals, sunglasses, and carrying a grey handbag.

The man is described as white, 25-35 years of age, 5’8”, slim build with short brown hair, a possible goatee and wearing a white shirt, red tie, and red pants.

About two hours later, a woman allegedly stole a $20 thermos, at 2:35 p.m.

The suspect is described as white, 70 years of age, 5’6” with short grey hair and wearing a dark blue shirt, grey shorts, sandals, and carrying a black bag.

Surevillance photos of all suspects, provided by Princeton Police, are attached to this post.
