Princeton Schools Closed On Wednesday

Schools will be closed due to inclement weather.

PRINCETON, NJ — Schools in Princeton will be closed due to inclement weather on Wednesday, March 21.

The Princeton Public School District will be closed Wednesday, March 21, according to the district's website. This closure includes both schools and offices. It includes events during the day as well as any events scheduled in our buildings during the evening.

Princeton University will also be closed on Wednesday, March 21, although classes aren't in session due to spring break. The university is closed as of 5 a.m. Normal operations are expected to resume at 8 p.m. Wednesday night.

Only employees in essential services roles should report to work. Those driving to campus are asked to park in either the North or West garages. There will be no TigerTransit bus service.

Most campus buildings — including libraries, the Art Museum, and athletic and recreation facilities — will be closed. All scheduled events on campus are cancelled.

The Frist Campus Center and Whitman College residential dining hall will be open.

Updates will be posted on the University homepage and on the SNOW line, 609-258-SNOW, as soon as new information is available. The next update is expected at about 3 p.m.
