Princeton Superhero Collects Toys To Bring Smiles To Kid Patients

PRINCETON, NJ — Whether Princeton Patrolman Chris Donnelly is dressed as a police officer by day or Superman by night he is indeed a superhero.

For the past several years Donnelly has dressed up as different superheroes on his spare time to help bring smiles to the little patients' faces at children's hospitals.

This year Donnelly has teamed up Letsbeheroesnj.com and is collecting toys to donate as gifts to children undergoing treatment during the holidays.

"As Ptl. Donnelly always says, the children facing treatment are the real superheroes!" Princeton Police said.

To help Donnelly the Princeton Police Department is now accepting gift donations at headquarters including handheld toys, games, puzzles, art supplies, or gift cards for gaming apps.
